Stop Press: Important Notice 2nd of June 2025
As from immediate effect and until the 2nd of September 2025, the practice is not accepting new patient registrations. We have taken this decision to ensure that the care of our existing patients is safe and not compromised and that we can safely meet all the demands of consultations with due regard to the well-being of our GP’s and staff as well as patients. We are able to do this on an informal basis under Regulation 171 of our GMS contract with Kent & Medway Integrated Commissioning Board.
We will continue to accept the following categories of patients:
- Any visiting relative or friend at the same address as an existing patient may also be treated for an acute illness as a temporary patient.,
- Returning university students to their previous address
- Immediate family members under the same address as a registered patient
- New borns to the address provided the parents are already registered with the practice.
- Patients entering a Care/Nursing Home for which we are responsible will also be accepted.
This is no intention for discrimination of any kind to any party making an application.
If you have just moved into the area, please visit here to find a practice that is accepting patients or contact the Primary Care team at Kent & Medway Integrated Commissioning Board for allocation to a practice’s list – Kmicb.gpcontracting@nhs.net or 01634 335095 option 6.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
