My mHealth App Messages
Kent and Medway ICB has been in partnership with my mhealth since 2020, with a primary focus on supporting patients living with Diabetes.
This is now being expanded and the practice is in support of the following NHS Approved Apps: myDiabetes, myAsthma and myCOPD

We are pleased to be working in partnership with my mhealth to bring you the my mhealth app to support you with the management of your long-term condition. The my mhealth apps provides easy-to-use digital self-management tools, with access to an educational programme, targeted evidence-based information, and advice.
Our healthcare professionals would highly recommend you register for the app. The app is free, there is no expected payment and you will be able to access the app through any web browser or download the app from apple or google play.
