Community Engagement Project
Sevenoaks Primary Care Network are running a Community Engagement Project with Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, looking to bring in a larger patient voice to help us determine what areas of need we should be focusing on over the next few years.
The survey is open to any person who is living in the Sevenoaks area, that’s registered with one of our 8 GP Practices. If you fall into that category, you are welcome to have your say! The survey is open now, and will close on Friday 31st May 2024 at 5pm.
Please do help us spread the word by sharing the link onto your social media and with local friends and family. We are particularly looking to reach members of the population that may not regularly engage with their GP, to ensure your voice is heard.
