I trained at Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospitals and qualified in 1996 specialising in paediatrics.

Initially I worked on the children’s cardiac ward, then the renal transplant unit.  I further specialised in care of the critically ill child and worked on the paediatric intensive care unit at the Royal Brompton for 5 years.

I moved to Sevenoaks in 2006 and joined Amherst in 2012.  In recent years I completed the Clinical Examination, Minor Illness and Prescribing courses. This, as a nurse practitioner, allows me to assess, diagnose and prescribe for patients.
