Dr Amritpal Gill qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Medical Schools in 2003 and completed his GP training in 2007 in Bromley, London. His hospital posts have included Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Psychiatry. Dr Gill has been a GP in Bromley, Medway and since 2010 in Gravesend, Kent.

His areas of interest include child health, minor surgery and joint injections. He is also a GP trainer, since helping to supervise and mentor GP trainees in their ST2 and ST3 years of training.

Dr Gill has held a role as GP Board Member for DGS ( Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley) CCG for 3 years. He is also a Director of the GP Federation in the DGS areas. Both of these roles have helped expand his knowledge of the key issues and pressures that effect broader Primary Care and the NHS. In addition Dr Gill is also a GP Appraiser and conducts appraisals for GPs across the South-East of England. 

Dr Gill has lived in Orpington since 2008. He is married and had two teenage boys. Sport and exercise have always been a great source of enjoyment. He still plays 5-a-side football every Thursday evening. When time allows he loves to go to Anfield with his boys to watch Liverpool.
