Issues with call back phone function
Since Friday 19th June, the practice has been made aware of problems with our phone system particularly issues affecting incoming calls from patient call backs. Our telephony provider continues investigating this problem.
We apologise for the frustrations and possible delays caused by this issue that is outside of the practice’s control.
