Community Nurses There is a team of five Community Nurses and they are extensively trained in hospital before undertaking District Nurse Qualifications or Specialist Training. These Community Nurses provide a range of care services for patients in their own homes. These include , • Care of the Elderly • Post Operative Care • Wound Care • Care of the termally ill This team is based at Sevenoaks Hospital.
